What's the difference between the two ways to offer peace? One says something like "My armies approach your cities, give up now," and the other is "I've overextended myself, will you discuss peace?" I've noticed that the AI won't accept the more aggressive offer, even when they're teetering on the brink of annihilation (this is on Monarch, and I don't betray much).
