Hi. I had a good game of civ3 going till I got to the point where I attempted to build the spaceship after the apollo program. It said no city could build any parts even with me having 60+ cities, over 50% landmass coverage and all resources needed on a huge map.
I did a search for the word "spaceship" here and I havent seen any threads that had similar issues.
Has anyone else had problems building the ship?
Could it be that since I turned off all victory options to get a histogram win disables the ship?

Notice how you couldn't build the UN? Same reason.
