Scenarios Get a bigger avatar today!

Is anyone out there doing any work on some scenarios or do I just not know where to find them at? I really enjoy being able to play historical situations, since it is even a chore to set up the game for historical starting locations.

There are lots of people working on scenarios. Search for the keyword scenarios in the search feature of the threads

True scenarios are impossible with Civ3. Mods are possible, being changes to units' capabilities, national characteristics, etc. Historical maps (terrain only) are possible, but not historical location of cities and units. Key Civ2 scenario tools, esp. placement of cities, units, etc. and events language are entirely missing.

does civ3 1.16f allows "flat world" ?
i believe we only could have "world" maps !
