Hes getting soundly beaten at the moment.
Although it would be a horrible thing to say hes not playing because he doesnt like playing out a game to certain defeat.

i do not understand why I bottleneck. I send out turns 90% of the time in the same day, and the other 10% within 2 days. I do not understand why it happens, but it only happens with a few people. I send to milamber on a regular basis, thebirdman, Dymites, checkmate and we get 99% of all turns always in the same day. If you do not see the turn sent within 1 day then it means I did not recieve it. flameflash you see the turns for our 2x2 games and I am never the hold up, yet at least. I do want to continue playing this game, but if you wish to boot me I understand. I do not mind if it is something I do, but I do not like it when it is something I do not feel I am doing wrong. i went in to my email filters and turned off everything several months back when I had a similar problem. there is no reason for my email to stop anything unless it is being done by aol itself. I get all the notices for sending the turns form other people when they send this turn, so I do not under stand why I do not get the turn. I realize flameflash must be getting the turn when it is sent, so that means the turn was sent. I am playing over 30 games and there are only about 4 of them that this happens on, on a regular basis. I do not believe it is all my ISP's fault when so many other games come in just fine. Agian if you want to boot me ok, if not I would like to continue. I am willing to try some method to check on me getting the turn, but I realize the moderator does not need to keep wasting time on something like this. yea that is why I went in and took off all my spam blockers. I guess when it gets down to it no matter how much I did not recieve the turn, if I looked at the thread more often, sheepish grin, I guess you are right, I could have prevented this problem too. Ok, I may not have gotten the turn, but I will listen when someone offers good advice and me checking the turn on this thread should have been done by me in the first place. damn I hate that, smile. I remember getting turns for this game, what the hell happened, my poor civ somebody else violated it....man that bums me out..oh well...drink some more beers and get over it..............lol

judging by the order we are supposed to be going in, thebirdman should have sent turn 144 to paul, not turn 143. Paul is listed as first in this game so the birdman should recieve turn 143 and send turn 144. Ken
