Foreign Advisor Screen Suffering from ads?

My problem is that on the "screen with 8 heads" there are no lines linking civs that have trearties/trades etc.
Even though i have embassies and have checked all the boxes.
For instance, I have an embassy with the French who are at war with the Germans...there are no links show.
Whatever I do, I cant get this to work.
Please help!!

This happens to me somthimes. I think it's a problem with the patch. It' been mentioned by other people in some of the other threads.

It's OK! I updated my graphics chip driver and it works fine now!! It's an OpenGL issue, apparently.
