Imagine you're driving in the war-on-drugs-crazed USA, through a town you don't live in in an American state famed for its tough drug laws. Imagine you crash your car into a tree and, when the police arrive, they find you high as a kite. They also find some cocaine on you, and syringes in the car. So they find out you've been staying in the area, get a warrant to search your hotel, and find more lots more syringes there.

How long would your butt be in jail for? (Bonus question: how long would it be there if you were poor and black?)

Whereas Yasmine Bleeth just got probation and 100 hours of community service. Gotta love that whole "blind justice" concept.

Frankly, I've never found her very attractive. Can't argue with the body, of course, but a pretty face is not one of her assets, IMO.

As for it being standard first time punishment in Michigan, well... punishments are actually all over the map for first-timers. Her punishment was definitely not out-of-the-ordinary. On the other hand, I'd be awful surprised if a young black male from Detroit would have gotten so lenient a sentence.

Tim Allen was arrested for dealing drugs. He was given a slap on the wrist. The judge told him he was funny and told him to be a comedian.

I have big boobs and I will say that there have been times when I have used them to my advantage!

But the point was made above that if you were black and a male......... you would be be squelling like a pig right about now and screaming the name BUBBA!!

In the article I read about it over lunch her lawyer is quoted as saying she got no special consideration becuse of her "status"..........Yeah! Right! And I'm the freeking Queen Mother! What works for one doesn't work for the other. There is no equality in the Justice System.

this occurred sept 12. I find this interesting. maybe she was celebrating a national tragedy. I never watched baywatch, so I really am not familiar with her. Nor do I want to be. I don't find her all that.
