That would be me.

I submitted an article back in mid-December that has yet to be published. I'm wondering if this is a result of the server problems or if the content was found objectionable?

Get a bigger avatar today!

It can take a month or more for columns to emerge if Markos and Dan are blessed with an abundance of them. Since the real problems started at Christmas columns have been scarce, so there's probably a backlog.

I figured that could be one of the problems, but the current column has been up for about 3 weeks now.

I originally sent it to you and you wrote back with the link for submissions. Shortly (a day or two) after was when the e-mail problems started prior to the major server problems. I didn't know if the column got lost or not?

The title was Civ III: ICS Embraced focusing on the early AI attempts to place a city anywhere dry land is available. It wasn't overly critical but did question some land grab techniques Civ III employs.
