I have discovered all advances but i still cant use precision bombing. When i press P then click a city it just bombs like a normal bombing run-can someone plz help

i might be doing something wrong-i click on the precision bombing icon then left click a city. Do i have to press somethig else?

I have the same problem, despite I've installed the patch. I am running under XP, are you?
