will nuking a barbarian cause AI civs to declare war? Support Apolyton, buy Civilization: The Boardgame

ok after a huge war in the modern era, there are a lot of unoccupied territories of razed cities. barbarians are coming back, although a 1/1/1 warrior unit in the modern age is quite ridiculous. would nuking these barbarians cause everyone to declare war upon me?

I've nuked the ocean before (testing purposes for global warming) and even my own cities. The AI couldn't care less where you nuke as long as you don't nuke inside his cultural border. You touch his border, he declares war.

yea this is easily possible if u raze a lot of AI cities in the modern age and there is some unsettled land. barbie encampments will start showing up.
