Got spare money?

a case

I drink maybe 24 ounces of soda a day on average. Actually it is probably around 20 ounces.

Mt. Dew primarily followed by wild cherry pepis, dr. pepper, and coca-cola.

all other pops suck.

Put an end to popups!

I am not a big fan myself (either coke or pepsi), but that might be because I don't do caffeine well (I become very hyperactive).

OJ during the day, beer at night . And to be honest, back in my early undergrad days I probably drank more beer than most of the cokeaholics drink their drink of choice.

Inflate your Upload Space

I have one Dr. Pepper a day at work. I have a kool-aid/ root beer(no caffiene type) mix at home. I have started drinking water at work as well.

I don't know how some of you people drink so much I spend enough time in the bathroom as it is.

Support Apolyton, buy Alpha Centauri

I have a special tube I put on my penis at my computer station. I do this at work too. I get strange looks from the female coworkers but it beats moving.

Not sure I understand the problem of this, nor have I ever believed that caffeine is addictive. But anything if done steadily is habbit forming.

I used to drink diet pepsi constantly, went through at least a six pack a day, and my house was constantly buying diet pepsi. A while back I found out that there is evidence that nutri sweet is bad for you, so i . . . . stopped. I doubt I've had more than a liter of diet pepsi in the last year. Its just pop, and all you have to do is stop. Don't buy, don't drink it. dont place yourself in a position to drink it. If you can do this for 22 days, you will have formed a new habbit.

The easiest way to break a habbit is to replace it, make sure there is a a steady supply of water on hand, and I mean steady. There's a drinking fountain outside my dorm room and I reguarly drink a couple liters of water a day. :-) which I've also found to be healthy. And my university dining account no longer runs out on me since i stopped paying 55 cents at every meal for pop.

In my experience pop is not chemically addictive, its just habbit forming, all it akes to stop is determination. So get determined, and think of the money you'll save.
