Didn't Zobo say that there will be penalty if someone destroy a city? Nimrod is a sitting duck so who ever is going to have him will have an easy task

If we are going to restart I would recommend a regular map size instead of small

Since at turn 7, the 04/11/2002 BerXpert attacked one city from Nimrod's empire, as he declared. I decided it was an infraction of the game rule !

1) I propose to cancel this turn.
2) Nimrod received 4000 po from.
3) BerXpert must no more build city southern than his city of
Mahini
4) BerXpert and other player will not oppose of Nimrod settling
(Except of course if Nimrod abuse his right and try to settle far from his other cities).

3) and 4) will be cancelled when targets will be assigned !

Those 4 Propositions are in vote !

Are the majority of the players agree ?

As Moderator I will abide by any decision you take.. HOWEVER,, I thought this game had ended, and I am having to drop as all PBEMs apart from Happy Killers.... I will send this turn to Devil.. and if you could find a replacement for me that would be good.

if nimrod has only two cities now, he will not be able to establish a forceful empire until signs are declared.

if we continue to play a killer game he must be braught to power again. i guess it would be possible by using this "cheat" by moderator. or if he is able to recrute some slaves
from us.

ii dont know hoew this war came up, but if former berxpert has already cities and slaves from nimrod they should be given back.

restarting the game is not in my interest.

ichoosing form your list i would vote for #1 cancel turn 7 and playing from there again.

Zobo can you find a replacement for me in this game?? I think Lung would have been the ideal candidate if he will play.... this is very much his type of game..... Also if TheBirdman is not already in this game he is looking for a couple more positions.

I will stick with Happy Killers.... thats the only game I am keeping... HOWEVER that game has stalled on 18th april.
