	Yahoo Dip World Tournament Increase the size of your Attachments

Yahoo's Dip World is hosting another team Diplomacy tournament starting in February. While prior committments prevent me from playing for Apolyton, I think it would be a good idea for our club to enter a team.

I think the first thing to do is to form a team (7 players, perhaps some alternates), select a captain, assign nations, and decide on a GM. The tournament director is Barry Johnson barry.johnson@tsh.com . Send him your team roster, and assignments.

I did this based on my own personal view on participation and discipline to the game. Please feel free to view your points of view.
I'll Captain the first team if Berzerker doesn't want it and we need a Captain for the second team once we agree to the lineups. We WILL NOT call ourselves teamnames with anything to do with Apolyton cause if two of us make it into the same game the other players will know we are from the same site.

Hmm... looks pretty good, whether everyone has the time to play or not, I don't know... I would've thought SnowFire might be worth a place in the first team perhaps.

The only reason I placed him in the second team, is cause he hasn't been in many games lately, Titans, Apocralypse, this is all up for grabs and changes, nothing is set, it is only a suggestion.

I suggest moving Snowfire up to 1st team. I myself will not play. I know I will be gone starting in May, probably late that month. I mean, I suppose I could play, but I don't know.

On one hand I'm trimming dipping comitments, on the other hand, if i go to Europe and it's like last time I will be on the Internet at least 3 times a week, not very long, but I won't do much else than check my email

So, I'm not really sure. If we plan for a potential replacement for me, then I'll play, but if not, there's really just a whole lot of uncertainty as to whether I will be able to play this summer. (Heck, i don't even know where I will end up. There's a small chance I might spend the whole summer in California in front of a computer.)

Your choice really.

Thanks Snowfire for getting back to me, Orange has been traded with Snowfire, now I only need to hear from Sahib and whether he wants to play or not.
As much as I would like and intimidating name like the BattleRams I will name the team:Team Banana, that outta throw some guys off to our capability.

I´ll pass. I´m in too many games already with the Apolyton tourny, worlmasters and german championships all running at the same time. Sorry.

And Defiant, the pack will be back, although probably a whole new team given all the free agents and the salary cap. And losing to the Rams at home in the divisional round I would hardly call an embarassment. :-)

thanks for your reply, Hoggy will be traded for Sahib and Hoggy, NO NMRS please we are representing Apolyton and it is better to get your ass kicked then to NMR.
Favre throwing 6 INTS in a playoff game is horrible especially from a 3 time MVP. What's really sickening is the Packers could have won that game, the defense, for once, was doing their job.
