Hive Ministry of Information Broadcast 2129:
The Recon Rovers rolled over the rubble which once made up the splendour of Sparta Command. The shattered bunkers were littered with the bodies of troops - some still clutching their un-read Spartan battle manuals.
It's not known why they did not launch an attack to counter our invasion, perhaps they spotted the incoming forces too late or maybe they thought the defenders would prevail. What is certain is that the outcome of that particular battle has left the Colonel's headquarters in ruins and his forces routed while he himself has fled to his last remaining outpost south of the Sunny Mesa. The Chairman still offers his generous surrender terms to the mis-guided members of the Northern Axis and strongly suggests they walk the road of peace before it is too late.

Morgon Industries is unhappy to report it will not be able to join in the corporate raiding of Sparta. Distances are too far, and by the time units arrived on scene, the matter will obvoisuly been have dealt with. However, MI sends it's full moral support to this effet.

The Dark Lord...erh...i mean Chairman surveyed the work his drones had accomplished and was suitably impressed. With the Command Nexus in place, infiltration on all of his diminishing enemies and a new Chemical Missile Rover in prototype - his plans for global domination were ever more edging towards inevitability. The Hive would surely then lead it's loyal followers into a new age of evil...erh...era of peace & prosperity.
