I suggest someone immediately create a civilation, name it "Pi-Kappa-Phi Sorority Girls" and put this chick in charge. They can have "Binge Drinking" and "Making Bad Decisions at Frat Parties" as their starting techs and their special unit should be "SUV Full of Annoying Freshmen Girls."
