Well, I played two games I don't know what to think of it.
I made alliances with almost all the countries bordering China except, and then I declared war on them. They sent troops to my bases in Japan/Philipines, India, SE Asia, Turkey, Belgium and others.
By turn 12 Belgium was conquered by respectively: China, South Korea, Denmark, Greece, and the UK. Canada was conquered by Japan. Alot of European countries seemed to start fighting amongst themselves and weird things happened ( i.e. "Attacking country: France" attacked "Lyons/Paris/Foreign Legion" "Defending country: France", the Germans/Indians/Turks/Australians did the same )
In my second game I conquered Iraq and that went pretty normal though.

Ummm...I dunno. Good concept, but it's utterly unrealistic in terms of military combat, it seems - I ran some simple war scenarios, declared war on China. And China invaded Japan. Sorry, but that's utterly beyond their capabilities, especially in the numbers they invaded in.
It's gonna have to get tweaked for me to consider it.

They don't have the sea transport abilities, they don't have the amphibious assault abilities, and they don't have the necessary modern air defense suppression forces, which you'd need against Japan. They don't really have the logistics either, especially once US warplanes took out about 8 bridges across China.
