	How do you make embassies? Inflate your Upload Space

This may be a very dumb question, ok it is, but how do you make embassies?

All it says in the help file is "double click on the capital city icon. I have clicked on everything I think could possibly be the capital city icon - but cant work it out. Could someone spell it out to me as if I was very, very dense.

the little star next to the name on your capital city. go for that.

assuming, of course, you've met other civs.

I had the same issue don't sweat it. Also if you want to make spies you'll need to build the CIA small wonder and then double click the pentagon symbol IIRC.
