	How to customize is Civilization ? Increase the size of your Attachments

I was playing the french civ. But I'm not really happy that the leader they proposed was Joan of Arc. Have the game conceptor smoke too much ?

How can we customize is civilization and what can be customized ?

I would like to distinct two case :
1) editing its civ by the game panel (when starting a new game).
2) editing the config file.

With the editor, you may either:
- edit the civ3mod.bic (in your civ3 main directory) and do all modifications you want. To explain here all what you may change and how is too complex, but the editor is self-intuitive enough. Just be carefull with colors, not all colors are allowed. I advise you to change them one by one and try: my Roman is purple, English red, Indian orange, German grey and French blue.
- edit a new scenario file and keep the original civ3mod.bic. I advise you NOT to do it if you have not the 1.16f patch, because you will have troubles with the scientific advisor.
