That is usually correct. As I've said before... In most cases, if you confess to a DL "BEFORE" it is caught... There is usually no penality. Again, it depends on the acts done with the DL.
We are usually "VERY" forgiving on ancient history DL's...
We just like to keep our records straight.

believe me, you won't catch my dl's since I as a freelancer have more email addies and more IP addies.

If you create a DL, and we catch it... you are toast.
If you have a DL already, and we catch it... you are toast.
If you create a DL "now", right after asking about it... you are two pieces of toast.

We have ways of catching DL's beyond IP's and emails...
Is that specific enough for you

I have to admit I do care to keep the 'King' level, just because it more or less proves I'm a apolyton vet (together with my join date)

But in fact I do not care much more about my postcount. If I would I woud spam more (or you must concider this to be spam)

You know that they are illegal.
They are illegal to create- the ony reason people are not punished for them is that it is a way to get out.
