how do you edit civ3mod.bic files? I need to change the names of leaders in the game.

Support Apolyton, pre-order Civilization IV

One thing I'm stuck on in the editor is I can't scroll all the way down the screen to reach/change some options...IIRC the 'general characteristics' within the changed rules section is like that. It's OK for the moment since I'm still happy playing 16 civs on a standard map but I'd like to do some more tinkering soon and am wondering how to reach these options ?

Any help for a dumb **** much appreciated....

Sounds as though you're viewing it in too big a resolution. Try changing the resolution and seeing if the whole editor is viewable. Hope that works.

Thanx guys, I simply changed the screen resolution as suggested. I'd been asuming that this was done via the editor by default, but obviously not. Thanks again...having even more fun now
