Trading Units Full PM-box? Change here!

I believe it should be possible to order and sell/buy military units of any type.
This would make you better inclined for enemy civs (trading)
You should be able to do this even if the unit is not one which you have researched before;
it will give you a research bonus if you attempt to research it.

Remember, this is trading not gifting.

Anyway, good idea. If an advanced UN was developed, then you could do this on the black market. If caught, you could cause a national/international incident. Just like the Iran-Contra Arms deals.
