PM Popups Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

Is it just me, or are they broken?

I haven't gotten a popup in weeks, but I've been getting PMs.

And yes, I have them enabled in options.

Increase Your PM Length

They do not seem to pop up any more, neither here nor at Civfanatics.

Works for me, usually just after logging on though. Recieving one while browsing apparently is too complicated a feature.

No, IIRC, you should get the pop-up, when you refresh/visit a page then.

I remember getting the pop-up a couple weeks ago...

Put an end to popups!

I've run into this problem many times. To solve that problem, I will go into my control panel and click on the options sections.
I then just hit update/enter, even though I haven't changed anything. This usually solves the problem. I do it every once in awhile (usually after I notice that I didn't get a pop up when I received a PM) It will then work "right" for a period of time.
