I have listed 16 options for target research.

Choose the one that is as correct to your opinion as possible
(You should at least be able to vote on a first advance)

the two at bottom were added to the original 14 combinations, as more militaristic alternatives. All others follow the requirement in the level, and don't include more then max one extra level.

Don't mind the order of the first techs in those cases. if one of them is chosen I'll check on the other options beginning with any of the techs that is from start.

The poll is open for 24 hours, and after that time I'll check the result, and will be able to tell the president what to research in the first time. (IIRC you can chose anything first research, so I won't need a backup choice)

For the evaluation I'll look at both the path, and the techs in that path that we can discover (ie count together all options including ceremonial burial).

For a path to win it will over a tech that is included in more places I think I'll do like this.

If the path has more then 75% (may change if I find it bad) more votes then any of the options with that specific start tech the path will win, and the first tech of that path will be discovered. In other cases the other start tech will win, and it will be targeted.
(Let me know if you have a better idea)

Once research has started a new poll will be opened that will include the paths with most votes from the earlier polls and maybe some new paths based on the tech in reasearch.

The overwhelming support for ceremonial burial is clear. With our fishermen catching those funny looking orange arrow fish, we can discover it in 5 turns. By the time the poll closes, the second target should be chosen!

I think that we have full support for Monarchy path, however, we'll need aone (or two) backups. Howeber, lets wait 'till the poll closes.

So, the evaluation is easy this time. We shall start by reasearching Ceremonial Burial, and target for Monarchy, I'll start a poll about backup reasearch as well (in case Monarchy can't be selected)
