	Macintosh Civ 3? Put an end to popups!

I sure hope that firaxis or whomever is actually making the game will also make Civ 3 for the mac, I loved civ 2 when i got it and I want to have and love Civ 3 as well.

I think I remember reading that they will be doing a Mac Version....or..well maybe they won't..but some Mac company may..

Firaxis does not do ports in-house (at least we haven't done so to date). This kind of thing is usually farmed out to an outside Mac developer. The decision to do a port is usually made by the publisher, so it's really up to them.

I'm not sure what Hasbro's track record is with respect to "other" OS ports, but EA is usually into Mac ports for their bigger titles. I wouldn't count on a Mac port, but it certainly seems likely, given the potential audience of Civ III.
