Clear enough, what should the city of Sodaq build next?
City location viewable from map below. There are no improvements present so far, and the municipality has one Phalanx in defense, finished this turn.
I suggest not to construct improvements as our expansion phase is ripe at hand. Since Map Making will be discovered in five turns, it would be good to start for a unit straightaway so that we can switch to a Trireme without a penalty.
