It could be like they were put in the cage on "Oz" or something. "You cross the line, this is what happens to you."
Besides, it's hard to keep up with all the bannings of the various trolls... it'd be good to know when certain people are coming back so we could steel ourselves for the inevitable spam & flame fest.
