If you used ICQ or a chat, you wouldn't have to worry about people butting in on your private conversations, that's what you get when you broadcast them over a public forum.

you didnt have to enter that thread ya know. You didnt have to post there. You could ignored the fvckin thing, as it did not concern you. Yet you posted there, to lecture me on some bullshit spam and how I shouldnt degrade that forum. I wasnt degrading anything, All I did was set up an MP game. And really, It was none of your business. I dont have ICQ, Its too difficult to coordinate directions over IP. So made a thread in the correct forum. It is after all, the "Other Games" forum? Right?

What's your problem... This is a gaming site, and they were playing a game. If this kind of thing gets out of hand... that's a different story. But until it does... who did make you god

It's not like they where writing stories or giving people details so they could follow their game, they where just having a private conversation on a public forum. If everyone did this everytime they played a multiplayer game, the forum would be a mess.

Uhhh... many people do set up threads for specific MP games and use them to discuss what is happening... and in most cases, only the people involved in the game post, making it a private conversation. As a matter of fact, the LONGEST RUNNING THREAD in Apolyton History is a thread titled "Setting Up IP games"... which includes many different private conversations related to playing/setting up/discussing the game...

The fact of the matter is, YOU were the one spamming by posting in THEIR thread stuff that wasn't related to THEIR game.

And again... IF SOMEBODY abuses the forums under the guise of just playing a game, the mods will make a decision... NOT YOU.

YOU are the one in the wrong here... not them.

IT'S THAT SIMPLE...

And now that we have cleared that up...
