Since the only way of solving my current problems with my computer and especially my own modem is to update my operating system to Windows 98 or Windows ME I was wondering if Civ2 FW will run under those systems as smooth as under Windows 95.
Can anyone answer my this?

No problem with Civ II, CiC, FW, or ToT here under Win98, and my Mac emulator doesn't have any problem with Civ I.
