Contrary to what the liberal homosexual movement would like you and me to believe, the actual percentage of gay Americans is around 0.0004%, a relatively small minority. Since they cannot reproduce, much of the gay community has taken to introducing gay courses into elementary level schools. Case in point: Some California second graders are being taught gay indoctrination courses in school. I have seen the books they read from in class, such as "How do two little boys kiss" and "Sally has two mommies." IMHO it is appaling. Such subject matter should not be taught to our children. As a parent and conservative, I myself have a ardent view on the whole subject. Currently in Utah there are numerous billboards that read: Someone you know and love is gay (most likely due to the Winter Games). Not one member of my family is gay. No one I love or consider a friend is gay. None of my current neighbors is gay. Being gay is not a normal aspect of society, it is a relative minority.

Wow. 1000 homosexuals, and yet there are homosexual congressmen, TV personalities, and celebrities of every sort, not to mention Apolytoners. Seems that nowadays there are quite a few bisexual women, but not very many bi sexual men. I wonder why that is so, or if it's so at all.

I don't know if it's true, but it sure seems that way. I know lots of women who have had sex with other women, yet only a few men who've done the same. It's a good explanation though. If people see two guys together (kissing, whatever) they're disgusted, but when they see two women together it's considered sexy. But if that's the only explanation, then as many men are bi-curious as well, though won't admit it. Could be though...does anyone have any links on the matter? A teacher back in high school once made a claim that there are more gays than lesbians, but more bi-women than bi-men. He names some study which I already forgot long ago, though it could certainly be true since most organisations for homosexuals have far more gay than lesbian members.

That's a great quote. The only one I've heard thar beats it was the Parliamentary comment in the late 19th century (I forget who made it) that went "There are only about a dozen homosexuals in Britain and they are all known to the police".

What makes this especially funny/sad is that it was said last year, in parliamentary debate about allowing gay marriage.
