Editor problem Enter the AD-FREE zone

I'm sure this problem has been seen before, but I don't know the answer. I've used the editor to make my personal Civ and made some minor adjustments to the world settings (12 civs, standard map, increased optimal number of cities, changed distance between civs). I've loaded the scenario and moved through the settings screen without probs. But when the game starts my computer crashes and I get this error message:

Support Apolyton, buy Call to Power 2

If you did change the Civcolor to any color after #16 you will need the files in the attached Zip to be unzipped into your Art\Units\Palettes directory
