Game Name: The Warrior Returns
Setting: Deity, small, mostly land, high island to make lakes, middle goods, very diverse, 3 settlers, 100 gold
Both started with small river, I had a couple more squares of jungle. It looks like I explored more. I got 6 cities from ruins. I made a beeline for knights , built a stack and started to take his cities. My focus on early exploration was the key, 6 cities and a couple of samurai from ruins gave me edge. I didn't have to build a single settler, everything went to making knights at the end.
