Any way to disable the AI tech trading umm...'upgrade' only? Inflate your Upload Space

I like 1.17f except for that, and the fact that the AI now wants three sci and an ounce of blood for one not impressive sci. So, can the tech trading be undone without removing the good stuff?

Don't mean to be down on the game, it's a great game...

It can't be done

this game will be patched until the ai can beat you in 1 turn no matter how many cheats they have to program into it.
