This is the first of my completely revamped leaderheads which include era specific animations and a graphic design that blends into existing game graphics better than before.

What program are You using? Are You doing it on base of some other animation, or are You doing it in 3D program?

I'm asking because I want to do leader's animation by my self

These images were created using Adobe Photoshop 6.0.

Kai's Power Goo and Jasc Animation Shop 3.0 are used for animating the leaderheads appropriately.

I have found these programs to work best for me.

As far these the composition of these particular images, the backgrounds are from the game itself (they are Bismarck's backgrounds and thus already "Germanic" visually). The Hitler image is taken from an old, black and white magazine cover portrait.

The images are great! It must have taken a lot of time to create. I downloaded many of the leaderheads in your website. Keep it up!! make more complete sets!!! make more leaders (i'd like to see Shih Huang Di for the Chinese)!!

Hang on - the website had grapohics for baseball stadiums, not civ3 leaderheads, although it the page layout seesm to be in a similar style. What's going on?

Great, except that his face looks a wee bit too chubby, and his mustache should look a bit more like a rectangle, not a sausage, and a bit thinner. Also, can you add some gray around the nostrils?

Oh, and since Hitler likely had some sort of Parkinson's or other neurological whatnot, can you make him twitch?
