Hello
Please, make it possible to add settler/engineer abilities to every unit. I would like to make all units 'settlers' in some scenarios, like it is in Colonization. In other words, I would like to have an option to get rid of the illogical way of unit production of Civ -- every nation is able to produce an infinite number of units.
