	Civ creation Get a bigger avatar today!

I've a feeling that this has been asked before but, is it possible to create a new civ part way through a game. What I mean is where I have some SLIC which causes a city to revolt can I assign it to a civ not previously allocated any cities in the game?

Yes it should be possible using the swap city commands in the Alex scenario to swap it to a new player which was not previously used it would go something like

Handlevent(cityrevolt)
This bit would check out if it was turned to barbs
And then insert the code to turn it into the unused civ

Gives 24 hours and I will give it a go

Acutely I was thinking of putting it in my scenario the enemy rebels.
