	Diplomacy screen help needed Support Apolyton, buy Alpha Centauri

I've searched the civilopedia but still can't figure out how to initiate talks with civilizations that aren't included in the 7 on my foreign advisor screen when I aam playing with more than 7 computer players. How ccan I trade with them without waiting for them to contact me first???!!!!

In the diplomacy screen, you can shift-right click on one of the pics to change the civ. Alternatively you can click the "D" button in the lower right of the main screen to get a list of them all.
