Edit CivIII rules on a Mac??? Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

One of the glarring omissions in the Mac version of CivIII is the Editor which was includded with the PC version. One of my favourite things about Civ is how easy it is to customize the rules of the game. Back in the day of CivII you could just pop into the rules.txt file and go crazy. Now we have no editor and instead of a nice little text file we have this .bic nonsense to worry about.

There must be someone out there who is quicker than me and knows how to edit this file on a Mac. Anyone?
