	Diplomacy Got spare money?

my vision of diplomacy is the best concepts of SMAC, basically everything, & add some really concepts from CTP & CTP 2 which r counter-proposals, pollution pacts, pollution demands, science trade & millitary pacts & the trade eembargos, basically all those demands. More would be nice

the whole idea of minor civs being included should 4 different diplomatic talks(i don't know how but i am sure u can answer this)

hostile actions should piss off the whole international community(early in the game, its just those u know), this effect is do in SMAC w/ use of planetry blusters(i hope i am spelled it right)but more should be do. ur actions & the reaction from international community depends on majority governments in the major civs, democracy-they out raged & autocratic government-they could care less

hostile actions include use of nuclear weapons, bio-weapons, nano weapons, military build in minor civs & constantly provoking & declaring wars

complex treaties should be worked out not only after wars, but for economic interests & such as such

i don't really got good ideas cuz i am pissed off no 1 gave me feedback on my Unification topic, which by the way has diplomatic properties of its own

Is a good thread about the UN... good ideas all... but most have been mentioned before in elder ages- however it is nice to see them come up again.
