This CIV3 trainer utility is a direct clone of Cyberman's but with CrusaderJoe's "PowerBar" treasury input method (see the 'Info' box for their sites/trainers).
It allows:
1) forced hurry on ALL buildings/improvements
2) single turn technology research
3) treasury setting by value
I'll add more if there's any demand. I wrote it to make the game more fast paced on Warlord. Seems those other tribes just get too many bonuses without cheating... .
Let me know if you have any problems. Look at Cyberman's and CrusaderJoe's if you have questions. This trainer is their derivative and hopefully extracts only the best of both.
