Twice in my last two games where I am winning the game and are going to win my game is ruined when one Of my jet figters makes an interception and then the game freezes.
It doesnt happen all the time, but often enough, especially when there are interceptions happening every turn.
What choice do I have??? Get bombarded by bombers and not use air sup....
So I start an new game just out of frustration. The only thing I can do is try to win the game before flight comes in.
Also, has anyone noticed when there are lots of units at the end game, when you disband a unit sometimes there is HUGE wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry if these bugs have been mentioned, I cannot be bothered reading that HUGE long repetitive post.

I am well aware of autosave...I use it all the time when I hit the wrong key etc...
I thought it was not worth mentioning that I did in fact reload from autosave many many times and tried my moves all diff etc. but it still freezes on intercept....
I take it reloading from autosave must fix yours as that's why you said to do it, but it has never resolved an air intercept prob for me. Short of reloading from autosave and un-sentrying (so to speak) the jet fighters so they cannot intercept.
Bare in mind that I only get this problem when there are intercepts happening left and right every turn, so it may be 1 out of 5 maybe.
My current workaround in my new games I just crank out modern armors and negate air units all together.
ie. Bombers - why destroy roads etcc of cities I'm gona take over
Fighters - Workers are plentiful enough to rework land that gets bombed.
Dont need air units really, but that is off the subject...
