Is this a bug Support Apolyton, buy Call to Power 2

I am Morgan with demo,Fm and wealth or knowledge
40%E 20%psy 40%RS

I have air units in there home base on Hold even and the citizens are acting like that unit is not at base and they make a drone.

Whats going on here i cant find anything about this in the datalinks

Inflate your Upload Space

Air units (missiles, copters, noodlejets and planet busters) allways create drones - no matter what you do. Unless you make a punishment sphere on one base and make that base the home city of those aircraft. And I would suggest you make those aircraft clean too (to prevent enormous support costs).

Actually, aircraft with the SAM ability (ie Interceptors) don't create drones under FM.

Ok, hadn't checked on that. Do the fungal and tectonic missiles cause drone (haven't tried those under FM)?
