Creating a Vietnam Scenario... Got spare money?

Is anyone up for making a Vietnam scenario?
I would like to help, but I think that it should be a joint scenario for all of the creators on this page, and also on Civfanatics. I think we should try to combine Civfanatics and Apolyton more than we do now, just to keep the scenario community alive in Civ2.

So, if anyone is up for making a community Vietnam scenario, or have any other ideas that might work better, just say something here.

IIRC, Techumseh was making this massive Indochina War (Nam) scenario from a while back. He might use your help, so you might want to contact him.

I still have the intro video he made for it.

One note: Make the Khmer Rouge a playable civ!
