Zip contains Default.flc, Attack.flc, Death.flc, KatyushaLarge, KatyushaSmall, unit_32 icon, a unique attack sound and several other sounds and of course the ini file.
The Katyusha was in reality a Soviet unit, but it could be used to represent the first stage of rocket artillery if people didnt want another russian UU I suppose.
I would personally suggest a devestating but short range bombardment power with very very low direct attack and defense.

Personnally I would love to have all civs have only unique units, that way selecting which civ to play is more important.
