Hello,
I posted a thread awhile back indicating that my high-school level French was rapidly enhancing due to my addiction to Civ2.
Once Civ3 came out (and eliminated my Civ2 addiction), my extreme disappointment from the lack of a French translation landed me back to not having "extra" time to learn fluent French.
Is there only an English translation of this game worldwide or is there a French version sold in France and/or Canada?

Is there any reason why I wouldn't be able to install that version here in the U.S.?

No there isn't.
It might just be tricky to get one from France. I don't know if amazon.fr sends to the US.
