Random character strings, such as the one you have copied to use as the title for this thread, are responses from the server that are essentially an indication of "yes, I received your connection request but I am unable to initiate/complete it properly". It is more often then not an indication of heavy server traffic at the exact moment that you are trying to establish a connection with the said server. These strings are mostly relegated to the forums, but I myself have seen it appear on other parts of the site as well.

Simply click the 'Reload'/'Refresh' button (depending upon your browser preference) to re-request the document you were initially looking to access. You should only have to do this once, but it may need to be done a couple of times; even then, based on my experience it only comes up sporadically.
