No, but if the idiots at Hamas had any idea of PR they'd claim that. Perhaps they could make a satire of Israeli excuses when they kill civilian after civilian to show how pissant the Israeli reasoning is? Enough settlers are armed, so when a suicide bomber blows himself up in a supermarket or a bus nearby he could claim (posthumously) he's just trying to stop the settlers from transporting weapons. Or something. Complete bullshit, of course, as is most ME stuff.

Imran- it helps when you dress up your interests with broad moral principles. See WWI- "Making the world safe for democracy". In the current war against Al Qaeda, we need to direct our propoganda in such a manner to get support, because in a war where we go to places like Afghanistan, foreign support is crucial. Osama Bin Laden surely is not refraining from the use of propganda. I still firmly believe, however, that our efforts against Al Qaeda is moral and just- Al Qaeda would have the Islamic world united into a fundamentalist state.
