I am sick of logging in here and finding that 75% of the threads are posted by Civ3 critics.

Please if you do not appreciate this game refrain from spoiling the fun of those who do.

Especially the guy whose cutie found the rest of her blouse.

When Firaxis gives me back my $50, and my $ for the lame-ass Strategy Guide, and comes on the forum apologizing for Civ III, I will then go away!

It is your responsibility for taking the game back if you don't like it. Some people do. You can blame Firaxis for your failures.

If you buy a strategy guide from some third party vendor how can you blame Firaxis anyway?

This forum is for constructive stuff. Not for complaints. Call the company or send them email. Do not be depressing all the good people here.

They found a body in a pond here. A woman dead. Floated to the top. Took two weeks.

Don't know who she is yet but they already arrested some guy. I think the police here keep a ready list of defendants and just wait for a crime to match them up to.

As far as my knowledge goes, Apolyton isn't actualy Firaxis of Infogrames owned... and the only two ways they have anything to do with each other is 1: Civ 3 and 2: Firaxis guys pop in here every now and then

Now, to be serious.. if you REALLY want to make Firaxis know how you feel, spam-email them or something.. but appealing to a civ3 (fan)site that is not owned by any firaxis or infogrames folk... well... whats the point to that?

For the most part, im guessing the developers skip the pointless whining threads for the thought provoking ones... and namely, ones that haven't popped up twice or more. So.. all your doing here is reminding fans and whiners alike of your disapointment... that won't get you 50$ back....

but if it would...

How exactly does people complaining on a public forum result in you not having fun playing Civ 3? Maybe the people complaining are revealing flaws in the game that you choose to ignore? I still play and moderately enjoy Civ 3, but I agree with a lot of the criticisms I see posted to this forum. What is more irritating to me is the people who complain about the people complaining. If you think Civ 3 is so great tell us about it. Don't whine about the whiners.
