	New Unit: German Stormtrooper WWII Enter the AD-FREE zone

The Stormtrooper

Attention!!! This unit's name was changed to Waffen SS with adjusted Victory animations.

This is the German infantry SS unit of WWII.
I believe you know how to install it (just create a Waffen SS Folder in
the arts/units and copy all the FLC files along with the wav. and the INI.)
I have included also Civilopedia txt (feel free to change it) and pcx images and unit_32 image(only the Stormtrooper image, you will need Paint Pro shop to paste it).
I have attached a gif image (hyper-snap) how I would create the Stormtrooper on CIVedit.
(Just remember for unit abilities:Foot soldier,Draft,All squares are roads and Ranged attack)

My VERY SPECIAL thanks to Kryten and Dark Sheers for giving me all the help and support needed!
I would have not completed this unit without thier assistance. Also I would like to thank Danneyevilcat for created the Default pcx which I used as "base model" :-)

There are 2 wav files: WaffenSSVictory that says: "Heil Hitler!",
the WaffenSSVictorySH says "Sieg Heil" (if you want to use this one just remove the "SH" and copy into to the Waffen SS folder)

I hope that i did a pretty good job.If some can make this unit better, feel free to do so, but then let me know of course ;-)

I like this unit, just the right size to crush with my tanks!
What are your thoughts on what infantry would be needed for a WWII scenario?
I was thinking a guard unit (with stens or other SMGs), A standard rifle unit (the mainstay of the army) an elite, multi purpose unit (comandos, paratroopers, marines, pioneers etc) and some infantry suport, (Machine guns and anti tank weapons etc). This seems like a lot, the alternative could be just to have infantry on foot and infantry in trucks!
Of course some one would actualy have to make the units

good work, but the Stormtrooper "jumps up and down" while moving, if you can fix this

What about a version without the Nazi salute so that germans can use it without breaking laws?

You need to download the updated version WAFFEN SS
I posted the link on the top thread GO HERE -WAFFEN SS
It has a better walking animation.
The Nazi salute belongs to the unit.
If you can't use it, then either do not use the sound or just don't add it in your game
