All right.
I'll give you one advice. Read.. I mean, Read, with a capital 'R'.
Reading lots of text, written in good English, will gain you the ability to write sane and logical sentences, and above all, it will teach you how to write so that everyone understands.
Of course, no one asks for or is able to produce *perfect* English, but it's not too pleasant to read if it's all diddly-daddly.
And if you know that you can write good English, then do so, and remember to check your spelling, at least give it a general look to root out the most crude errors.
It is very brave of you to present your idea and your work of fiction here - I myself was very shy when I started here last year -and your courage is admirable.
I would say that you had a sudden spark of imagination and an idea. The idea seems very interesting, and worth elaborating on.
I would presume that an idea that is yet to be presented in the story, and because you were so eager to get on with it, you quickly passed the boring start and decided to go straight for the action and the idea.
Correct me if I am wrong.
But really, read! Read the other texts here. Just to promote Beyond Alpha Centauri here...

You probably have noticed that my first language isn't English. Actualy it's Portuguese. |
There are Americans who write even poorer English then you, so don't worry.
My first language is Finnish, actually. Great that you can write English at all, I know many people who are worse then you.

I agree.

Once again i apologise for my bad English. |
Okay, then, well, read more!
Really, as long as you can make yourself understood to other people, there is no need to apologize your English. Nobody forces anyone to read it, right?
Maybe try first at a Portuguese forum? There must be some in the Internet.
