The new ruler of the Ottoman Empire spoke today :

We are surprised to find out that our science ministry is researching banking, even if banking has already been discovered by Ottoman scientists.

We noticed several Russian ships around the Gallipolis straits, and we are left wondering what those ships are up to.

As the Ottoman Empire does not seem to have any allies at the moment, we are interested in joining an alliance.

Since our empire is somewhat backward, we are willing to buy or trade technologies.

The Ottoman Empire is a peaceful country, but will reinforce its defence infrastructure in the near future,
to preventy any possible invasion.

I can open and play using the save.. there is nothing wrong with it.

Are you SURE you're unsing the right version and have the save in the right directory on your HD?
