Hmmm.......it seems I might need a resend myself. I'm certain I recieved it and played it, but I can't seem to find the turn on any of my computers. I have 2197, but not 2198.

Turn 2203 to Darsnan.

Can someone confirm for me of the original objectives of this game. That it is a race to Transcendance and human inter-factional conflict is forbidden: or something to that effect. In short it is a builder's race.

Anyhow note this:

I lost two bases at the end of my turn to tidal waves: Un Planning Authority
(I think) and a new base (now a lake) on the island I newly inhabited.

I also was advised about dramatic sea level rises. I don't recall seeing a projected sea level rise measure. Then again I was too busy being shocked by losing two bases faster than you can type 'Tidal Wave'.

Hmm, and this just after the Gaians build their first Borehole, so now I can't point the finger of blame at anyone else for the Global Warming, either!
As far as the Race to Transcendence is concerned - thats a question for the CMN, t-ras.

FYI all, I've finally managed to get the beeline I wanted, and I'm now on track to get Advanced Spaceflight for us to launch those Solar Shades. Sorry I couldn't get to it in time to prevent those bases Herc. This was the best I could manage with the tech the game was offering me.
